The story
We’re two friends — a manager (Francisco) and a software engineer (Pedro) — who like solving the problems that cause headaches and steal precious hours from psychologists, biologists and other specialists.
Together, we’ve worked with more than 100 social and environmental organisations. And we kept noticing a pattern: what consumes teams most is the difficulty of having organised information to decide quickly. Without current data, you don’t know whether you can hire, you lose endless time on funder reports, and the Board is left in the dark.
Until recently, professional financial management in a small organisation was a luxury. In 2026, with modern, well-configured tools and applied, well-governed AI, it no longer is. That’s why we created Camomila.
Manager
More than ten years in the social sector, with work in fundraising, impact management and consulting for over a hundred organisations across Europe and Africa. He founded two social-entrepreneurship projects. He’s the one who knows your numbers and your reality.
Software engineer
Specialised in automation and artificial intelligence, with a background in banking and the social sector. He’s the one who makes sure information flows on its own and that the service costs less than an in-house manager.
