How long until our data is organised?
In 15 days. The timeline may extend depending on how organised and structured you already are.
How often do we meet?
Between 1 and 10 hours a month, depending on complexity and your team’s needs.
Do we have to learn new software?
No. We just need access to your organisation’s documents. From there, we handle everything. Using the app we provide is optional.
Do you replace our accountant?
No. We work alongside your certified accountant: we prepare, organise and bridge, so nothing gets lost along the way.
Can you integrate our past financial data?
Yes. If you fill in a template of ours, this service is free. Extensive work to gather and organise history is quoted separately.
What’s the minimum budget to work with you?
The service becomes worthwhile for organisations with annual budgets from €50,000. We adapt to each organisation’s reality and the price follows it: the number of grants, staff and payments to make, among other variables. If one year you have ten grants and the next only two, our fee goes down.
If we cancel, do we lose our data?
No. The data is always your organisation’s and is protected under the GDPR. If you cancel, you receive all the information and documents, organised.
